Associate Professor Huong Le-Dao contributes to teaching, education and research in health management and leadership within the School of Population Health, UNSW Medicine.

She specialises in strategy, policy and change with a strong focus on transformational change management, organisational effectiveness and leadership development. Her engagement with NSW Health involves collaborating with health managers and leaders at all levels of the health system to transform their models of care and organisational culture resulting from redevelopment works valued over $14 billion across NSW State. Huong's work in value-based health care, change management and leadership is shaping the health care system for the 21st century.

Huong was also involved in establishing the Independent Hospital Pricing Authority under the National Health Reform Agreement. As a change agent, Huong occupies Non-Executive Director and Board Member roles for not-for-profit organisations in the education, community transport, and health sector. She is passionate about better human experience and patient value in health.
