Who are the courses aimed at?

Courses in Series 1 examine the foundations of health management from learning about the Australian Healthcare System to understanding how to lead teams and to creating a positive culture within the healthcare environment. Series 1 courses have been designed for health professionals from public and private health organisations who are making the transition from individual contributor to leader and influencer of people, or who have been leading others within the last 12 months in a clinical context or health care setting.

Courses in Series 2 cover the principles of value-based health care from understanding the theoretical basis through to designing and implementing value-based health systems. This series of courses has been designed for frontline and middle management to senior executive and leaders of public and private health organisations who aspire to innovate, transform and lead their health services towards value-based health care in Australia.

Courses in Series 3 have been designed for healthcare professionals, managers and leaders who aim to engage, influence, solve problems and lead others during demanding and uncertain times and into the future of healthcare. These courses are structured around the development of the required skills needed by effective leaders and managers in the health industry.
